Kung Fu Cats is an attempt to re-create the joy in learning academic kung fu and to serve as a platform for all novice kung fu practitioners out there who are a little lost and a little blur. It is founded and conceptualized by Grand Master Cat somewhere around March 2008 in his little home somewhere in the east of Singapore, while having a shower (sorry to disappoint, it's not as dramatic as meditating at the foot of Kunlun or Wudang mountain).
A little about Grand Master Cat...He had been a private tutor after graduating from NUS with a first class honours in civil engineering. Eternally grateful for the downturn in construction sector immediately after he graduated, he didn't pursue a career in the construction line, and so the world loses a great civil engineer but gains a great tuition teacher in return.
Grand Master Cat had since retired from academic jianghu, after harboring thoughts of pursuing a phD overseas. He mastered the art of scoring As in examinations and subsequently created the techniques to impart his skills to struggling kung fu practitioners. It is through Kung Fu Cats that he wishes to impart some of his powerful kung fu to all who are willing to learn.
